Guide
Find your way around the dashboard
What's in each part of the seller dashboard, and how to hide the parts you don't use.
Your seller dashboard is at Dashboard in the site menu (or perfectpal.ca/dashboard). Everything about selling is here.
The overview
The first page shows:
- Needs your attention: new requests to review, unread messages, paid orders to get ready, and listings waiting for a "still available?" answer.
- At a glance: your active listings (and how many your plan and level allow), completed sales, your rating and your response rate. The small info button beside each figure explains what it counts.
- Next steps: what's left to set up, ticked off as you go.
The menu
The menu groups the pages by what you're doing:
- Today: Overview, Inbox (requests from buyers), Orders, Calendar and Bookings. Conversations that start from your page's contact form are in Messages in the site menu. See Conversations with buyers.
- Animals and listings: your groups of young, Stock listings, breeding animals, pairings, the breeding planner, enclosures or tanks, reminders and printable cards. The names follow the animals you raise.
- Buyers and paperwork: Request forms, Saved replies and Contracts.
- Money: Payments, Income and expenses, Statements, Shipping and Export data.
- Grow: Insights, Market, Events, News, Social posts, Share your page, and Refer a seller when it's on.
- Your page: Profile, Your website, Page design and Your domain.
- Settings: Your plan, Verification, Team, Customize dashboard, and Help and support.
On a phone, the menu opens from the button at the top of the dashboard. Its search box finds pages and the settings inside them: type "refund terms" or "time zone", for example.
Help on every page
Each dashboard page has a Help with this page link at the top that opens the matching help article.
Hide what you don't use
Open Settings › Customize dashboard to change what you raise and switch features off: groups of young, stock listings, breeding records, care records, shipping, visits and pickups, insights, news and social posts. Hiding a feature never deletes anything, and you can switch it back on any time.
If you work for more than one seller
If you're on another seller's team, a switcher under the seller's name lets you move between the pages you can work on. Team members only see the areas they were given. See Team areas: who can do what.
