Team areas: who can do what
The six areas you can give a team member, and what always stays with the owner.
Each team member sees only the areas you tick. The menu hides the rest.
- Listings and animals: breeding animals, young, stock listings and photos.
- Records: logs, timelines, enclosures or tanks, reminders, pedigrees and printed cards.
- Requests and messages: applications, inquiries, conversations, the waitlist, bookings and saved replies. This includes buyers' answers and contact details. Asking buyers for money is under Orders.
- Orders: orders, payment requests (on orders and on requests) and refunds.
- Money and exports: income, expenses, statements and data exports.
- Public page and marketing: profile, page design and website, links, shipping, social posts, events, news and insights.
Always with the owner
Payment setup, your plan, verification documents, your custom domain, your team, reports about buyers and closing the account always stay with you, whatever is ticked.
Choosing well
- Someone who answers buyers and keeps listings up to date: Helper (listings, records, requests).
- Someone who also takes payments and handles refunds: add Orders.
- Give Money and exports only to people you'd trust with your books: exports include buyers' names and answers.
