Your seller page and website

Your seller page is at perfectpal.ca/s/your-address. It can replace your own website: it has your listings, your story, your reviews and a way to reach you, in English and French.

Profile

Your page › Profile holds what buyers see about you: your name, seller type, about section, profile photo, cover image, the languages you speak, your location and what you raise. It also has your time zone, used for bookings, reminders and what counts as "today".

• Web address: you can change it. Old links keep working: they redirect to your new address.
• Location: buyers see your city and province or state only, never your street address.
• Publishing: your page is hidden until you choose Publish profile. Unpublish hides it again.

Your website: pages and sections

Your page › Your website lets you arrange your page in sections (text, questions and answers, policies, what's available, reviews, location and visiting hours, photos and videos, and more) and add pages such as "About us" or "Care tips".

Changes are saved as a draft first. Preview draft shows how it will look, and Publish makes it live. Earlier versions lets you restore an older version into your draft.

Your name, badges and trust details always show at the top and side of every page, the same for every seller, so buyers can compare sellers fairly. The reviews section can be moved but not removed.

How many pages you can have, and some sections and styles, depend on your plan.

Page design

Your page › Page design sets your accent colour and cover style. Fonts, corners and backgrounds are under Style in Your website.

Share your page

Grow › Share your page gives you:

• a link-in-bio page for Instagram or TikTok, with your other links;
• social post images, a flyer for your page or for a listing, and business cards, each with a QR code;
• widgets to paste into your own website (what's available, and a reviews badge), which update by themselves.

These work once your page is published.

Your own domain

You can show your page at your own address, like www.yourname.com. See Connect your own domain.
