I can't change an animal's status
An animal reserved by a matched request, or one that went home through a request, follows that request.
"This one is reserved for a buyer whose request is matched"
When you match a request to an animal, that animal is reserved for the buyer, and its status follows the request:
- When it goes home, open the request and mark it Completed. The animal becomes Gone home.
- If the sale is off, cancel the request. The animal is free to change again.
You also can't remove or delete an animal while it's reserved this way.
"This one went home through a request"
An animal placed through a request can't be switched back to available, so its history isn't lost. If it came back to you, open it and choose It came back. See Close or delete a listing.
"Too young to go home"
PerfectPal checks the minimum go-home age before an animal can be marked gone home. Wait until the date the message gives. See Rules every listing follows.
