"Still available?" emails and paused listings
Why PerfectPal asks whether an untouched listing is still available, and what happens if you don't answer.
Buyers lose trust in listings that are out of date. So when a live listing hasn't changed for a while, PerfectPal emails you to ask if it's still available.
Answering
The email has a link that works without signing in. On that page you can say Still available (or answer for all your listings at once), or No longer available: pause it. Editing the listing from your dashboard counts as an answer too.
Your dashboard's Needs your attention list also shows listings waiting for an answer, with Answer now.
If you don't answer
After a few more days with no answer, the listing is paused: hidden from buyers, not deleted. Its page in your dashboard says when and why it was paused. Set it back to available whenever it is, and it's live again.
How long PerfectPal waits before asking, and before pausing, is set by PerfectPal; the email tells you the dates.
