Troubleshooting
My video isn't showing
Videos appear once converted. If yours was refused, here's why and what to try.
- Still processing? A new video is converted before it shows. The field says Processing… until then. You can save and leave; it appears on the listing by itself, usually within minutes.
- "This video couldn't be converted" or "isn't a video that can be played": try an MP4, MOV or WebM file, or export the video again from your phone or editing app.
- Too big or too long: use Compress it for me (or keep the first part and compress it). If your browser can't compress videos, trim the video or record at a lower quality, then try again.
- The upload stopped: "The connection kept dropping" means the upload paused. Try again once you're back online; it carries on where it stopped.
- "Videos aren't part of your plan": see Plans and limits.
Unused uploads that were never attached to a listing are cleaned up after a while, so add the video again if you left it unsaved.
