Plans and limits

What decides what you can do on PerfectPal: your plan, combined with your trust level.

Every seller starts on the free plan, at no cost. Paid plans, when they're on sale, add more room and more tools.

Where to see yours

  • Settings › Your plan shows the plan you're on, your billing and your options.
  • Plans and pricing compares every plan, feature by feature, with current prices. Tap the "i" next to a feature to see what it is.

This article doesn't list prices or limits, since PerfectPal can change them; those two pages always show the current ones.

What plans change

Plans set things like how many active listings you can have, photos and videos per listing, request forms and questions, page sections and pages, bookings, bulk editing, income and expenses, and automatic replies. When something isn't part of your plan, the page says so and links to your plan.

Plans never change your place in search. Ranking looks at relevance, distance, trust, badges, rating and freshness, never at what you pay.

Plans and trust levels together

Some limits combine your plan and your trust level: your effective limit is your plan's, capped by your level. So new sellers start with lower limits on a few things, such as active listings, and they rise as you build a reputation. If a plan doesn't include a feature, the limit is zero whatever your level.

The dashboard's overview shows your active listings "of" how many you're allowed.

Free trial

When PerfectPal is running a free trial, your first seller page gets some days of a paid plan at no cost, with no card needed. The plan page shows the days left. When it ends, your account moves to the free plan unless you choose an option; nothing is deleted.

Founding sellers

When the founding seller offer is on, the first sellers to publish their page become founding sellers, with a mark on their page that says so, for good. Founding sellers may also get a discount on paid plans; your dashboard says so if you have one.
