I can't delete a listing
Deleting is blocked while money is held or a buyer is checking out. Here's what to do.
PerfectPal won't delete a listing while money is involved, so no buyer's payment is left without a request or order.
"This listing can't be deleted yet"
The page lists what's in the way:
- A request with money on it: open the request, then cancel it and choose what to refund. Once no money stands on it, you can delete the listing.
- An unfinished order: finish it (complete it, or refund it). See Handle a buy-now order.
- A buyer is checking out right now: wait until their checkout ends (a few minutes), then try again.
Don't need it gone for good?
Pause or close the listing instead. It disappears from buyers straight away, and keeps its history and reviews.
