Waitlists
Keep buyers in line for a later animal and change their order.
When you'd like a buyer but have nothing for them yet, open their request and choose Add to waitlist. They're added at the end of the line for that listing, and they see their place: "You're on the waitlist at number 3".
Managing the line
On a request that's on the waitlist, choose Manage the waitlist to see everyone waiting for that listing, oldest first. Use the arrows to move people up or down, then Save order. Each buyer's place updates.
When someone leaves the waitlist (you approve, match or decline them, or they withdraw), everyone behind them moves up.
When an animal is ready
Open the next buyer's request and Approve or Match it, then ask for a deposit or agree a go-home plan as usual. See Handle a request.
