Statements, income and expenses
Monthly and yearly statements of what came in through PerfectPal, and a simple income and expense record.
Statements
Money › Statements shows what came in through PerfectPal by month or year: payments, PerfectPal's fees by who paid them, refunds and the fees returned with them, and what's net to you. Periods follow your own calendar days (the time zone on your profile).
Download any period as a CSV spreadsheet or a PDF for your bookkeeping. Statements are available on every plan. A fee returned that Stripe hasn't reported yet is marked Estimated until Stripe's figure arrives.
Income and expenses
Money › Income and expenses adds up what each listing, enclosure or tank, or animal really costs and earns. Sales through PerfectPal are added for you; add cash sales and what you spend. See totals by month and download a year as CSV. Whether this page is part of your plan is shown on it.
Export data
Money › Export data downloads your requests (with the buyers' answers), orders, payments received, and income and expenses as spreadsheets. See Export your data.
