Question

What does "Paid on PerfectPal" mean on a review?

The whole price of that sale was paid by card on the site. A sale paid elsewhere has no label.

The buyer paid the whole price of that sale by card on PerfectPal: a buy-now order, or a request paid in full by card here. Paying here gives a buyer the seller's refund terms in writing, a record of the payment and a way to report a problem, so the label tells you that sale had them.

A review without the label is of a sale paid another way, in whole or in part (cash, e-transfer, or a deposit by card and the rest elsewhere), or of one where card money was refunded so that what stands no longer covers the price (a deposit refunded and only the balance paid, for example). It's still a review of a real, completed sale and counts the same. The label is only about how that one sale was paid; it says nothing else about the seller. See Reviews.
