Can I remove a bad review?
No, but you can reply publicly, and report a review that breaks the rules.
No. Reviews come only from completed sales, and sellers can't remove them. You can Reply publicly with your side, and Report this review if it breaks the review policy. Staff remove reviews that break the policy, not ones that are simply negative. See Reviews.
