Enclosures, records and printable cards

These are your private records: buyers never see them. The menu names them after the animals you raise (enclosures, tanks and so on). Records depend on your plan.

Enclosures or tanks

Under Animals and listings, open the page for your enclosures or tanks and add one with a name, size and notes. On its page you can:

• log readings (for example temperature or water tests, depending on your animals);
• add Tasks you repeat, like cleaning, with how often. Due tasks show in your reminders;
• see what's Kept here. Link an animal or listing to it by choosing it under Kept in when you edit that animal or listing.

Archive unlinks anything kept there; its readings stay in your records.

Logs for animals and young

Each breeding animal, and each young animal in a group, has Records: add entries such as weights or feedings, with a note. Recent records shows the latest. From there you can also Print a card or Add a reminder.

Printable cards

Animals and listings › Print cards makes labels (2 × 4 in, 10 per letter sheet) or index cards (3 × 5 in), each with a QR code. Choose what the QR code opens:

• Your records: only you, after signing in, so the details stay private;
• The public page, where there is one: for listings buyers can see and animals shown on your profile.

Choose Open printable cards and print from your browser.
